Refund policy

This English version is provided for convenience. In case of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.

Personal use of Modal PDF is free: there is nothing to refund. This page concerns the professional subscription.

14-day money-back guarantee

If Modal PDF does not suit you, you can ask for a refund of your first order within 14 days after payment. The refund is in full, with no need to give a reason. It is a goodwill gesture by the Publisher, without prejudice to the rights that the law grants to the buyer. After a refund, the licence ends and the seats concerned must no longer be used in a professional context.

Renewal

  • The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (monthly or yearly) until it is cancelled.
  • You can cancel at any time from the customer portal: it then stops at the end of the period already paid for.
  • If a renewal was charged when you had intended to cancel, you can ask for it to be refunded within 14 days.

How do I request a refund?

From the customer portal indicated on your invoice and in your confirmation emails, or by writing to contact@modalbgroup.com with your invoice attached. The refund is made by Paddle, to the payment method used for the order.
